If you need to return a product that you purchased from Southwestern Tack here is what you need to know:
To receive a full refund you will need to return the item in “Like new condition.” You have 30 days to checkout your purchase and return it to us. If you need to return an unused item after 30 days we will offer you a store credit.
In addition, we will cover all of your purchases for one year from any defects in workmanship. There may be warranties directly from the manufacture that cover your product even longer, in which case you can work with them directly. You can be assured that we will work hard to make sure that you are 100% satisfied.
If there is anything wrong with the item that you purchased due to defect in material or build, we will pay for the shipping back to us. We will offer you a store credit, exchange or full refund, at your option.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Things to keep in mind:
- If the return is something like a saddle pad or saddle blanket please put a towel or an old sheet between the pad and the horse’s back to check for fit. Please do not ride with it. In our experience it will never look like new and therefor you will not be able to return it for a full refund.
- We can only refund money back to the credit card or payment method from which you paid us.
- Your order information is always available on your account page, but remember if you choose to make a purchase without setting up an account at checkout, you will need to keep your order number, from the email confirmation or packing slip. We will try our best of course to help find your order from our customer service.
- You will need to put either a copy of your order or a piece of paper with your order number and contact information on it. (Believe it or not – we get many returns with a product and no information of who it came from)
- We can take deliveries from UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
- Our pre-paid returns are only with UPS.
